My Cure For Acne



After struggling with face pimples for years, a simple change of habits marked the end of everything.



Before I stumbled upon these new habits, I had changed soaps and lotions severally...even applied different medicinal mixtures on my face...



But they didn't work.



The method I started using to fight acne may sound too simple to you but trust me it works, even for people with different skin types.



I only changed a few habits and I started seeing results in days.



Now you may be wondering what method I applied or what habits I changed



I'll tell you that but first let me tell you the old habits I stopped.



• Frequently touching the face: We all know that touching the face is unavoidable and sometimes irresistible, but you have to reduce the rate at which you touch your face. If you should touch your face then touch them with clean hands.



• Bathing with very hot water: yes we need to stay warm but if you bath with water that is too hot, the skin reacts...so reduce the heat of the water you pour on your face and thank me later



You should have guessed by now, the habits I started practising...well if you haven't, read on...



• Bathing with warm or cool water: the skin is more relaxed when you bath with cool water but if you have to bathe with hot water, then make it warm instead...

At least the water you pour on your face should be warm



• Keep your hands clean: since we can't keep our hands off our face for a long time, we should keep our hands clean to avoid getting germs which can spark up acne reactions...



• Stay hydrated: this is an extra tip. When you drink enough water, you prevent your face from getting dry which will in turn, make your pimples obvious...




Also, keep your towel clean and if you share towels (which you shouldn't be doing), then stop.
