Walking Trees

Image
The walking tree 🌲  These trees you are looking at actually walked to where they are, and will still walk to somewhere else. They walk up to 65 feet each year to find the best habitat to live in. The tree is called Socratea exorrhiza. Found in South America.  The tree walks from shade to sunlight by growing roots in the direction it wants to travel, and then allowing the old roots to lift into the air and die. © Oluwanishola Akeju

Crreating Awareness Of Your Products' Benefits

Image
When someone talks about getting 2.5 GB for ₦500, I'm sure the first service provider  that came to your mind is MTN... Why is that so?  Because they have already established the fact that they give such amount of data for a good price. Meanwhile, MTN isn't the only service provider that does this... Airtel also gives 2.5 GB for ₦500 but it is pitiful that even some Airtel users don't know this And so, when people are required to choose between the two service providers, they tend to lay more on MTN because they already know what they offer... This is the advantage of broadcasting your products' benefits to people...they are more interested in what your products can give them When advertising, make sure you emphasize on the advantage your product has over other similar ones, it will help in driving more sales because people are more likely to buy products whose benefits they are aware of. I hope this helps... ©️ African Man

©️ ...I didn't know whether to laugh or cry I just remained silent "Why did you put cotton wool inside your ears?" Mum asked again... "I... Favour was singing loudly and it was disturbing me from sleeping" I explained shakily The shock of suddenly losing my hearing was still slightly present and I could hear my heart beat very hard  By that time, Favour and Emmanuel had come out of their rooms to know what was going on "So because Favour was singing that is why you did something so stupid, can't you ask her to reduce her voice?" Mum scolded I kept mute, my face was hurting from the slap and I was close to crying but thankfully I didn't cry. Mum left and went to her room...turned out she was sleeping before the loud music I couldn't hear woke her up Favour laughed at me and went to her room, Emmanuel went outside to do something else and I myself went to the kitchen to eat away my sorrows. *** All these happened when I was still a child an...

©️ ...I screamed because of what was in the laptop bag A brand new MacBook with a router It wasn't mine, or so I thought, until I rushed excitedly to dad's room and asked him about it "It's yours Victor, I bought it for you" dad said amidst smiles I wasn't expecting that at all, it was a huge surprise and a good one too "Daddy thank you!" I exclaimed as I hugged him excitedly and started jumping  "You can take the old one in my office, I don't have any need for it" he added I was dumbfounded...what would I be using two laptops to do  The answer came later when Emmanuel told me that his friend needed a laptop...I sold out the old laptop even though the price was low because of the condition Even at that, the price was more than my usual allowance money and it was enough to take me through the holidays It was only a week to the time we were meant to expect uncle Fred and our eldest sister, Precious...and during this week, a lot at thin...

©️ ...I stood up immediately, I had become nervous The thoughts of how dad would react to my result flooded my mind although I didn't even know what he originally expected of me. "Daddy welcome" I greeted immediately he stepped in "Thank you" he replied and proceeded to hug his wife... "Welcome dear, how was work?" Mum asked He replied positively and went to his room to freshen up, then came back after sometime to eat  We ate together that afternoon and it was while we ate that dad asked about my results "Victor, how was your party" he asked with a mouthful of food If it was to be a different occasion, he would be the one to speak against talking with a mouth full of food... I answered his question anyways "It was fine"  "Did you do any presentation?" He asked again, this time with less food in his mouth I told him about the mass choir and how I had a cracked voice after performing with them Then he asked about my result...
